Stop Motion Animation : Contributor's Note: This page is being added to the WIKI as a starting point for developing a resource to aid those TBS users interested in creating Stop Motion animation projects using Toon Boom Studio V5.0 or above.

Stop Motion is one of the many techniques of creating animation. It's origins go back to the earliest days of the art form. This technique is unlike drawn animation as it is primarily done with real objects which are photographed in a sequence of frames straight ahead with slight changes being introduced by the animator as each frame is created. Lighting and set design are very similar to live action film making.
