Welcome! This is a website that everyone can build together. It's easy!

frame

frame: Film is physically divided up into a continuous series of static picture images each of which is called a frame of the film. We will use the term “frame” to mean a single picture image composed of one or more drawn elements. To create the illusion of motion our series of frames are presented to the viewer one at a time at a sufficient rate of speed to produce persistence of vision designated as the frame rate.
