Collaboration
Jun 2 2007, 10:21 AM EDT
Collaboration is the stuff that makes a wiki grow. But collaboration doesn't require a collaborator to have to write long pages or even paragraphs. It can be just adding a few words to clarify a topic. Or adding an extra sentence or two to add additional information on a topic. Or it can be adding a keyword tag to an existing page to help others to be able to find a topic more easily in their searches. Or it can be adding a link to a page to help interconnect related subjects. Collaboration in a wiki is like stacking coins, each coin in the stack might not seem like it can buy very much by itself, but if we stack enough coins together it becomes a significant chunk of money.

This is not to be restrictive of who can contribute but rather to insure that each contributor receive their due credit for their work. To contribute or make comments in this Wiki requires that each contributor have a registered WetPaint account. It is free and painless to register. And you also get credit for your work by being registered. It's your Wiki and you can shape its evolution, so roll up your sleeves and pitch in. Step 1: register with WetPaint.
